But it don’t know better. 7.8 could show up as 8.1 month after month
It matches my icp everytime. I test when I draw the icp water...same numbers. I feel that people just s uck at using the Hannah and it's user error because it's always spot on.

Hanna had bad lots in the past. My salifert ties to my ICP. Like everything else - use what works for you.

I will say the more crazy stuff i do and deeper i get, the less i feel like rock stable parameters even matter much.

In the days of starving corals woth low nutrient systems i suspect tanks would stop consuming and people would blame the impending death on a minor alk swing, not realizing the alk swing was a result of their already dieing starving coral not consuming. Same can be said for contaminants and other issues.

All alk does is let's me know when the corals hit growth spurts. So I test daily and adjust if needed. Pretty much dialed in on what adjustments to make according to how my ph is running.

If theres only one or two i would jump on it as it may be a desired piece with limited supply. That would be my takeaway. Thing looks ******. Like a tenuis bonsai
