Your rocks are covered in algae I would work on this before adding more.

I have tried everything
my tank is also in my room, which have 3 windows, my mom won't let me move it anywhere, so its really just that
but I dont know what to do to take algae off

and a clown(they eat algae... very very very small amount, just a little fun fact )
I have lowered lighting, I have stopped dosing(which kinda caused before, but ye, I stopped dosing long time ago, when I never knew the affects it had)

Water source? For such a small tank consider using distilled water since I assume you don’t use RODI.
For getting rid of algae buy Flux Rx(can be on Amazon ) but then you’ll still have the main problem to deal with.as it’ll kill algae but if you don’t deal with the cause…
Out of your list, emerald crabs will eat some algae including bubble, astreas are good, get some trochus, maybe one turbo snail.
Decorators won’t eat much if any algae , conches are carnivores that will eat small meaty things like frozen food left overs but not algae, Nassarius are carnivores that will eat leftovers
My tank is in my living room and gets lots of sunlight so having light coming in isn’t the root cause…

I refuse to let another urchin into my tank. I’ve had too many rocks get tumbled and corals bonked over. Cowries are good though
