Is that based off an alk auto tester, like alkatronic, tirdent, etc? Or doing lots of manual tests
no, just testing with hanna, not that often. but if i test in the morning i'm surprised that it seems a little high and if i test in the evening its lower. like 0.2 or 0.3 lower.

Hmm I'm bored today and thinking about these barnacle clusters I have. Thinking of turning them into frag racks or frag stands.

I had made that assumption too, but I was on some thread with people that said all consumption occurs in lights out at a high rate as well (for SPS) which is why acros have PE naturally at lights out.

I dose All For Reef on a 24 hour with no changes for lights out.
@CodyBot was talking about this a while back and if I remember correctly he said he found that it was pretty much this. Alk consumption may slow down some at lights out but not to the degree that there would be a benefit from changing the nighttime and daytime dosing.

I think... @billyocean wasn't he discussing it with you?

Welp, I'm fairly certain at this point the Sungod is going to be a goner. Maybe 4 polyps left. It has hung in there for almost a month but it's still slowly deteriorating unfortunately.

Well I found out that I hadn’t gotten the Inkbird set up quite right in the nano. Thought I set it for 77.5 and it turns out that I hadn’t done a hard press on the set up button to finish it. Tank was running 73.4 last night. It’s now running at a normal 78-79. Increased in two steps . I’m wondering if the corals were thinking about wearing hoodies.

How do you like the Reefing Art plugs? I like a ton of their other things. I bought both their breakable frag tiles and regular frag tiles.
I like them but they are hard to cut without a saw and they are so hard and maybe less pours than other plugs that sometimes the glue doesn't grip very well.

Yeah..but alk falls during the day without a doubt..regardless of the reason.
