Absolutely! Got that new grand baby on the way. Sure I’ll make a few trips there over the next year. Daughter‘s husband is already talking to the Navy assignment detainers, but I’m sure that’s still a year away. Baby is due around the end of the year.

I just know that if I go, I'm going to end up with something. I've never transport corals through TSA before, so I don't know how that will go even though it's within the US.

There's a new product being marketed by one of the Reef2Reefers as well.

I think I'm going to try this for my first time too. I have a vacation coming up where I'm setting up 3x completely independently, ATO's.

-2x Tunze Osmolator
-1x BRS 50ml per minute doser

When I get back, I'm going to keep the BRS doser online (in addition to one Tunze ATO) and add Kalk to the RODI and then use my APEX to only run it at night. This should:
-Keep PH higher at night
-Help keep PO4 in check
-Cut back on costs for maintaining Alk/Cal.

I'm going to try to shift from 2-part to mainly kalk and then fill in with 2-part.

@Kasrift Did you start the experiment yet?

YES, that is great news!!! You should definitely go, CA has a big reefing market. I will be there.

We have some LFS here that will box it up at UPS it to your house. Obviously would cost a bit more, but wouldn't have to worry about TSA.

I dont know if i can make it. I’ll be camping for a week leading up to that weekend. I would have to drive almost 6hrs each way or fly in for the day but not sure how i would get the corals on the plane.
