I wasn't as I have never heard of it. I've been on the lookout for a crosshatch male but will look more into this guy. Very pretty. Thank you.

So should I get some neo nitro? I have about 180 gallons total in this system
If feeding alone isn't getting you where you need to be, that's a logical next step. I prefer to mix up sodium nitrate, but neo nitro is a perfectly serviceable off the shelf solution.

I have heard this before. It seems CRAZY to me to put stump remover in our tanks but it works! Back to the good I'll Reefing mantra. There's no one way to do it right and a Lot of ways to do it Wrong.

I was skeptical but my buddy who farms at his house, that’s all he uses so I gave it a shot and glad I did! Worked way better than Neo nitro..

Well my nitrate is at around 8ppm and I turned the lights back on after adding some copepods and the algae has largely disappeared, here are a couple pics of the tanks now

What is your target? Is you can hold at 15 and .1, the likelihood of a Dino resurgence goes directly down.

I run a crap ton of trochus personally.
Same. Trochus and Stomatellas. Started with two of each and they breed readily even with my Halichoeres wrasses. I see babies frequently.

My frag tank is my breeding area. I probably dunno the 10 biggest a month into the display and never miss them in the frag tank.
