Added 2 of these to the frag tank very nice power heads for the price

Built a sump for the frag tank out of a craftsman tote

Then added 2 vca nozzles as well

Algea scrubber is growing i made the screen a bit bigger its growing but I am not sold on it for the nitrate removal im seeking. I will more than likely be trying a sulfer denitrator reactor next

Aquamaxx ts2 sulfer denitrator setup fingers crossed this is the solution to my high nitrates

This is a first for me woke up this morning to one of my rock flowers eating a Bristol worm

The sulfer denitrator is starting to kick in it has been running for about 2 weeks this is the effluent its the lowest nitrate test I have ever seen on this tank lol

Replaced the 35w uv with 75w unit the old one was 3 years old and I was not aware of flow rates only had 200gph going threw it the new one i have 700pgh

Neon green hairy mushrooms has overgrown the rock it was on and was releasing about 1 quarter size mushroom a week into the tank i re homed them in the frag tank

I have had a lot of nuisances with all my tanks and this is the first time with flatworms these photos do it no justice there are millions of them injust blew off the rocks and dosed flatworm exit fingers crossed this works
