I'm on the fence about the scrubber I am my sulfer denitrator has decimated my nitrates yet the phosphates are still high so I'm not sure. I'm letting my nitrates rise a bit to hopefully lower the po4 so will see. If not next step is remove the scrubber and see what happens if I was to do it over again I would buy a turbo aquatics l4. The Santa Monica scrubber is just not a good design..
