@Skay that acro colony behind the clown is on point. Best watch out @billyocean @Joe462 @AKL1950 , he is gunning for the crown of SPS growers.

Me too! This is my oldest Acro. Got it mid September as a 1” stick. First picture was 30 June and second picture today. Hard to tell in the photo, but the polyps are green. It’s grown about an inch since last month. Waiting for all the rest of them to catch up.I'm still new..lol
Nice! Do torches retract at night or stay open? I’ve never had one and may try to grab one this round.Well, since I think everyone likes our torch mountain. Here's a video of them being happy today. Also, during feeding time for the fish lol. I'll post it later in our build thread.
Sometimes they retract, sometimes they stay open. Depends on their mood I guess lol. A lot of times I see them almost fully retracted right as lights are going out, but then back expanded before lights are on. Sometimes a few hours later. Not fully expanded, but not retracted either.Nice! Do torches retract at night or stay open? I’ve never had one and may try to grab one this round.
Oh, and you should definitely get one, they're my favorite coral so far, for sure.Nice! Do torches retract at night or stay open? I’ve never had one and may try to grab one this round.
Yeah, I’ve been dragging my feet, because I haven’t had good luck with Goni’s. I’m thinking I’ll go ahead and pull the trigger on one to see how it does. I can move some Zoa’s around and have an area where they can’t sting anyone.Oh, and you should definitely get one, they're my favorite coral so far, for sure.
torches are also my favorite and the only coral type I've never killed. super easy in my opinionYeah, I’ve been dragging my feet, because I haven’t had good luck with Goni’s. Par on acro is 350-450 n03 25 and po4 .12Question that i'm sure someone here already knows... what's SBB approx PAR levels and NO3/ PO4. I've got some acros that I just can't get out of the pale area to color up... I assume it's my nutrient levels but not 100% sure... my NO3 runs around 8-10 usually and my PO4 i struggle to keep up above 0.05... still chasing those deep colors...
