I mix reef frenzy, rods, pe mysis and fee like 3 times a day

What size chunk of Rods daily? Like a dime? Nickel? Quarter? (50-cent or silver dollar) I haven’t seen either of those in years.

I’m beginning to think I should just go to PetCo for my fish. Out of 4 fish that came from Blue Zoo, 2 are now dead. The yellow coris came doa, and I’m still fighting to get cred for that annoyingly and the lawnmower blenny apparently died overnight. No external damage noted, looked perfect. Was listless from the get go. I’m thinking rough handling maybe either being packed or by UPS. It was a free add on, but I’d already gotten kinda attached. My Tang and Leopard Wrasse are in good order so “shoulder shrug”

Lawnmowers are notorious for sudden death... Don't remember why. I've purchased 3 and 2 of them died within a couple of weeks of purchase.

Well, I'm going to check the 0.41 up to testing error or something. I need to get a hanna alk checker also, but haven't yet. Just checked Po4 here at the house, 0.18 which is pretty much where we've been running

Could depend on how long after you fed vs tested. I’ve been testing PO4 a couple hours after feeding. Next time, I’m going to try testing right before feeding.

None of those... It's more like a Sacagawea...or possibly 3.63 wheat penny's plus an all silver dime..

Really though I just break some off of lrs and rods and add a cube of mysis in one of those whiz quiz cups with saltwater and feed it over a couple days

So maybe the size of 1.5 buffalo nickels

The 0.41 we got from the LFS test this morning was before any feeding. The 0.18 I got was an hour after I had fed. I'd think if it was at 0.41 before feeding, we'd have seen an increase. Usually in the morning before feeding we're around 0.09/0.10 that's why the 0.41 threw me off this morning lol.

I don't dose any of either anymore. So far, it's been ok, and levels have been decent. I'm scared of NeoPhos anymore after my last incident. I think I had phos already in the system and just wasn't reading it due to bad test kits. So when I was dosing, I dosed to high and that's what maybe caused the last fail.
