Thanks guys. Still plenty of work left to be done, but its taking shape and I couldn't be happier with the way the sump came out.

Finished sump. I'm excite to see this thing in person. Rick did an awesome job. This thing fills the entire floor of my stand. 22x20.5x15. With such tight space in a cube build I thought the best use of floor space in the stand was to fill the floor with one box I can just shove in, install the equipment, fill it up, and go. By far the sickest sump I have ever owned. This was a belated birthday gift from Sept. and well worth the wait. Many thanks.

That sump is awesome! Is the left side a built in ATO chamber?

Got the last bit of the canopy done except the plate for the bottom. I got some cardboard for that I can use to cut a template to measure. Still deciding on whether to go with acrylic or more oak. Based on what I believe is the airflow design for the Radion I don't think I need any vent holes. Maybe a finger hole to slip the USB cable through, but seems the fan draws all the air in and exhausts around the top edges after running thru the heatsink fins. So I think it would be fairly safe. Anyway I think I'm about 85% complete with the stand build and plan to order materials and hardware this Friday and all goes well start working on the equipment slide out cabinet the weekend after. Then I can slide the sump in for a first glimpse of what things are going to look like and get started on installing the hardware to run this thing.

Ordered materials for the last part of the stand build yesterday. All goes well I hope to have it ready for stain after next weekend. Also went ahead and got the hardware to assemble it. I decided to use 2 100lb rated rails and 2 caster wheels under the box to help spread the load.

While I was at it I went ahead and ordered the float switches, 2nd energy bar for the Apex, heaters, and the RO tubing I plan to use for the ATO and 2 part.

Few more pics of the canopy and the sump inside the stand.
