Yeah man. I'm loving the progress. How do you like the travertine tiles? Would you use them again?

I really like them, I'm just starting to be able and see them again after all the algae that was on them. They are growing coralline algae real well under the diatoms and stuff. I think from here on out the choice will start paying off. Live sand looks a lot better from the beginning ...and the tile tends to look bad an unnatural in the beginning. But now that it's starting to encrust with good algaes they are really starting to look good. I would def use them again. I'll try and get some up close pics of them tomorrow so you can see their progress.

I'm running bare bottom and was considering the travertine or starboard next time. Glad the tiles are working out. Following along.

That's a lobophylia on its side. It always falls over so I just left it. It stings my acans to death so he's in time out

I still have that red setosa, ill have to snap a pic tomorrow. It's not as red as it once was but I'm confident it will make a comeback.

Yessir. I do.

Grows really well, it's doubled in size in a month or so. Do I want my refugium lights on longer than my DT?
