Red velvet fairy minimum tank size

Been interested on a red velvet fairy wrasse and have seen recommended tank size anywhere from 30 gallons to 90 gallons.
anybody with the knowledge on what these guys need to live with out being constrained?

Ideally a 70 gallon 4 foot would be the minimum but I’d aim for a 90 or larger. These guys are pretty chill but they do need their territory, especially if kept with other wrasse. Unfortunately many people house them in small tanks not knowing they need a much larger area.
