Coming along nicely. Recently added several corals and a couple of fish. Ordered a “nano-sized” green flowerpot goniopora for $15 as part of an online order and they sent me a colony the size of a baseball!

Also received these 3-D printed light shades yesterday.

Everything looks like it’s coming along really nice. I was looking to get some light shades for my RSled90s. Would you please share a link to where you got them?

Was able to pick up some really nice corals and a couple of RFA this weekend. The tank is looking great so far. Nitrates and phosphates are consistently reading zero, so I may need to reduce how long I am lighting the chaeto I have in the refugium.

Fish:
Coral beauty angel
Flame angel
Fire clownfish
Sunburst anthias
Sixline wrasse
Royal gramma
Lavender-blushed firefish
Bella goby

I setup my reefer the same time as you (got mine during the memorial Day sale as well). I still have a ton of hair algae in mine. How are you keeping yours so clean and algae free? I only use the blue lights - no whites. Also, curious as to what your return pump level is set to? I have mine at 77%, but curious if I should be increasing that any

I am not doing anything special to keep algae at bay. Running my skimmer and return pumps at 60% and the wavemakers at 50%. My nitrates and phosphates are very low. Using ATI Essentials Pro 2-part for supplementation.

Until I can get a PAR meter I am running blues at 50% and whites at 45%.

My big setback was getting velvet a while back which caused me to lose all my fish except for the six-line wrasse. Being more careful now about where I buy my fish and have added an Aqua 40W UV light.

That's my greatest fear: getting something that wipes everything out. I was told by my LFS that I don't need a UV light yet, so I've held back

Some updated pictures from the webcams I've set up to watch the tank remotely. The corals have done very well since the beginning, and I'm done adding anything new for a while. As you can see, my focus is on LPS and I think this is a nice assortment of types and colors: torches, goniopora, alveopora, hammers, frogspawn, fungia, acan, Duncans, elegance coral, favia, favites, leptastrea, and a bubble coral. Also have some rock flower anemones, zoas, gsp, and pipe organ. I'm slowly adding fish again after the devastating velvet outbreak. All four I currently have are healthy: sixline wrasse, midas blenny, flame hawkfish, and a blue dot toby puffer.
