Recent addition to tank Kato Fairy wrasse

Can anybody identify what is behind the eye of my Kato fairy wrasse? It is also on the tail now, but not initially. I’ll try and get some better pictures posted. Many Thank you’s for your time and ideas.

Appears to be an injury but pics slightly clurry. If injury, should heal on its own, however keep an eye an spot for redness or soreness. If it becomes infected, best treatment is Seachem Neoplex in a separate tank with added aeration

I miss the best shots by a fraction of a second because the Kato always is facing the other way.

That is a big help and lessens my worry considerably. This is the one fish I have always wanted. Appreciate you taking a look and posting.

I agree - it appears to be a bacterial issue. However, that it was in one location and now is in two, that seems to indicate either multiple injuries, or it is spreading. Neoplex in a treatment tank would be what I would try as well.
