thanks again. Po4 down to .17 from .21ish last week.
No3 down to 35 from 50ish last week.
10% wc last night wouldnt effect those numbers drastically. So the new light and fuge full-o-macro is doing what I needed it to. Exportation conjunction Junction Function. Very happy reefer tonight. Especially that both po4 and no3 show declines evenly.

The dragon goby is in the qt tank, along with the midas blenny now. The Squam Anthias (murderer), Lubbocks Wrasse, and Fire fish are in the SHU Box. I highly doubt the dragon goby survives the night. And I decided to pull the blenny and leave it in solitary at, no meds, for a while and see how she does...

Thanks bub. Finally coming to an end on the build... not much else left to do besides the electrical upgrade. Still waiting on my electrician buddy to pull through for me.

Here's a thought. We were told blennies and gobies are very likely to die in QT. I can say for sure by reading other people's experiences here, I would say that's probably true. I do understand the risks involved with no QT.

I used to prophylactictly treat every fish since my outbreak in my 55g, which led to the rushed 125 u see in this build, I had to run all my substrate, coral, and inverts Fallow and treated the survivors in the 55g as a HT/QT. This round I decided to observe only, and react with appropriate treatments as needed. 2 rounds of PraziPro 3 weeks ago was all I did. No copper. And it ate every day. And it spread about 3 cups of my DT sand across the tank.

Just now, it was expected when I went to bed last night.

On the lower pic theres a 2mm lesion dead center of his body. That wasnt there yesterday when I was inspecting it. Likely happened over night due to the flow knocking the corpse against objects.

It always sucks to lose a fish, but it sucks much worse to let a possible pathogen into your DT you have successfully kept parasite-free for a year... which may have just happened.

I've never heard this before. In my experience, these are the most bullet proof fish in existence. They're disease resistant and can handle any water you put them in.

When fish are thriving and eating then suddenly die, or stop eating then die, that's typical of cyanide caught fish. It's still used all over the place.

All was well today until I saw this...

Something is digging into and ripping the flesh off 2 of the fat head dendros. Skeleton showing. Sucks. Likely either the coral banded shrimp, hermits, or the cleaner shrimp. Might need to start covering the dendro with an inverted, perforated(sp?) Plastic bowl of sorts.

Acclimation is going well.
Anthias and Fire Fish: "Hey, You... Lemme out of this thing"

Davinci: "I'm watching you punk, you are prolly safer if you stay in there"

Nem stretched out huge for feeding time today.

That's all. Exhausted from the last week and emotionally drained. Still no job. Am now being turned down due to company's fears that I will just leave when something better comes along. I guess theres cons to having NASA and FAA certifications. Entry level jobs see me as a flight risk...
