To give you guys a little bit of insight into my process (Shhhh... don't tell anyone), I have going through Elfster and matched each profile there to my list of participants from this thread. It takes a bit of work (that's one of the things that slows the process down), but I want to at least do everything I can to be sure no one gets missed. I've now had Elfster email all participants who are not yet in Elfster inviting them to the exchange. Let's give them a few hours to register, but I will go ahead and match everyone today who is already in either way.
