You do not need any of those at any concentration, except possibly tungsten which is used by some microorganisms. The others have no known biological role.

Is there any documentation or reference as to what elements are known to be needed at some level in the aquarium?

Needed at some level, yes. Needed at a specific level, no.

This has a good discussion. What is needed by microorganisms is likely similar to higher photosynthetic organisms;

Thank you. I need to re-read the article like 4 more times. It has been many years reading cited journals. Iron impact is interesting but makes me wonder how our tanks are such a mix of geographical ranges that our chemical attempts will never make all the organisms happy.
