I love this thread! It is fascinating!

Do you do requests? I'm curious what Seachem Stability looks like under the microscope. Where Dr Tims and Biospira use live bacteria, Stability uses bacteria spores. Could be a very interesting comparison!

Thanks. Yes, I have taken requests. Most recent was a coral and its zooxanthellae so I cut a peice of my xenia off.

I can get some stability and see what I can. For that one it may take a stain to see anything. Will see. Everything else I've not wanted to stain so I couls see everything alive and how it all behaves. I've tried to do as little harm as possible. Only the coral was the only thing so far I've physically manipulated besides sucking stuff up with a pipette.

I do want to revist Dr Tim's one and only as it was the only bacteria in a bottle I haven't seen anything alive in yet but it could have been a bad bottle. So can pick up some stability too.
