Morning all. Internet guy here right now. Keeps dropping , ugh. Replacing both modem and router and all 3 of the extenders. Although he has the extenders with him but has only one power cord for them. So we have to put in another repair request to get the other two replaced. Why would you not have the power cords to go with it?! Well at least it’s working better since he replaced the others ones.

really dodged a bullet last/this morn showed son how to change all filters and di resin on 150 gpd unit at 11pm
last night,left on all night w booster pump running into a 75 gal pig,remembered asi walked by bsmt door 9;45am
went down pig was just about full rt in time .another hour ,water wuold be on the floor...

never use them, mine worst case is wasting water on bsmt floor into floor sump...
the day i put one on and " finally trust it" .going to leave for the day is when it will fail...

Showed up at 1050 which was annoying... BUT I feel a lot better about everything having spoken with him. He showed us the schedule for everything planned out so far. Apologized and stated that the 2 at the office are horrible at communicating and relaying info to the home owners, thanked us for being extremely patient with them because many of their clients absolutely are not, etc.
