Playing catch-up today.

Washing sheets, went to grocery store, put all my outside plants back in their normal homes now that Idalia's winds aren't a risk anymore....

Cleaned tank glass, gave it a dose of snow.... Might even stick my hands in there to right some wrongs when it's done clearing up.

Maybe even a water test later.....

Hubs is cleaning some wheels he bought (paint stripping... turns out they were factory color, primered, gold colored, sealed, black plastidipped, sealed, then painted purple and sealed again - yikes.

Once he's done it's off to the property to stake out driveway plans for our Tuesday AM meeting with the superintendent of the contracting company.

Go tell me what to do for future tank plans, I'm stuck in a conundrum or 5.
Make some lists. What you have that will be used for new tank what you need to buy. In the what you need to buy what you have already decided to get and what your still undecided on. I like lists. I forget alot and they help me remember.

So just cleaned the tank and I need to find a better way of doing it. Tunze, flipper, other? What does everyone use for the tough stuff?
I use a flipper for the easy stuff and an 18” scraper with a razor blade for the rough stuff

Same here flipper everyday to keep all areas clean and i have a seachem razor scraper that works amazingly for other areas the flipper cant hit due to racks etc. I clean with the big scraper once a month and shift corals around racks and stuff to clean

The supplies are easy

I need to figure out the physical thing itself

Up for now, heading to bed currently. Taking the family to the water park tomorrow - my daughter won tickets for the summer reading program. Gonna be crowded!
