My parents had property in NJ that had an existing tree growing up into the power lines. They were given notice that if they didn't trim the tree by a specific date, the power company would be coming through and trimming for them and they would receive a bill...

I have a shut off valve under the sink on the ro line. Did it manually before I put float valve on my Rubbermaid. Life is much easier now. I always have 30 gallons of RO on hand. Never flood my bathroom.
