I was feeling good about myself getting my tank parts together. Got a couple towels pressed and packed.

Then hubs comes home with a giant new smoker so now I'm searching new meat recipes. I used to make jerky all the time but gradually my propane smoker has gotten finicky and hard to nail the perfect temp so I stopped making it. Apparently he noticed.
