Good morning. Cat got me up at 5:30.
yes, I’ve decided to let it live.

coffee time here, then move another group of fish from the 140 to the 300...
doing the move a little each week to let the filter system catch up to the waste load also started the tank a month ago with Brightwell start xlm, now doing brightwell clean and bio fuel for next few months,to help prevent ugly stage then to micro bacter 7 to help maintain...

I started the 20g with the brightwell start system too and it worked very well. 8 months in and I still dose the Clean every week. I think it’s beneficial but of course I have no proof.

Rubbish trip out, my anxiety is getting worse but it had to be done and I have a new laptop, hate setting up new laptops!

Hi all,
I hope you all are having a better day than I am with regards to this marine hobby. My purple tang was found dead this morning in my FOWLR, probably due to poor water quality (though ammonia and nitrites are zero but nitrates are around 160-200 ppm and brown hair algae and cyanobacteria are excessive...)
