Thoughts on how long is needed after a WC to test alk, phos, nitrates?

I'm pushin a lot of water through the tank. Not sure if an hour should get everything mixed up enough? Next day?

Super jealous! We need to plan like a first quarter barbecue. I would literally build a cooler maximum size for a carry-on and just set it up as a like an open frag rack in there and bring a bunch of stuff over and have fun.
