Dipping them in chocolate?!?! ;Woot
I did notice your trend for females in chocolate.I ordered female coral and we all know they love chocolate !
Thank you sir!Hey Bud!
That is a red lined cardinal. I got a trio off of DD.
Very differ from PJs and banghaii cardinals in that they are all over the tank and out in the open.
2 have paired up and spawn. The other good thing about these are they don’t kill the 3rd wheel
I'd say it is a lack of time. Give it a few months to adjust to your aquarium light, flow and chemistry. Some corals adapt quickly, others go blah or stop growing until they adapt. So the seasons greetings Monti I got 10-12 days ago
Now looks like this
It’s brown
All other coral in the tank looks super happy, best they have ever looked.
Alk 8
PO4 .016
NO3 16
Lots of flow
I’m stumped.
Any thoughts?
I moved it to the sand bed today Incase I was giving it to much light.
But the other corals I got the same day are all doing fine under my lights.
Ugh.

I would ask who you got it from what PAR it was under. See if you can find a similar spot.Should I put it back where it was, about 1/3 way up @ 150 to 170 PAR ?

IThe guy I got it from had this monti cap and the purple stylo I got at 200 par he said. Decent frag tank and a marine biologist to boot.
I used my Seneye and have the stylo at 180ish and the cap a little less.
I
If it's where you want it, I would leave it there for awhile and see what it does.
Did you have small bubbles all over your tank from your skimmer after dosing ChemiClean?
