True, at the end of the day it's hard to determine what is right. That being said, I'm sure it's easier for most reefers to keep certain types of fish healthy in certain tanks vs others. Smaller tanks require more frequent water changes with the same stocking for example. I've never kept tangs, but have been told they are ich magnets etc... there are a ton of variables.
Yeah tons of variables. I didn’t know they had issues with Ich, I just love the way they look and the algae eating is a plus.

Yep we just do what we think is right and hope that the pets we keep live healthy and happy lives. I just have a pair of SA Mocha Storm clowns in my 18 and the 180 has just a single tang, a sailfin that is about 6", a koran angel that is about 7" and is a model reef citizen..for now lol, foxface and the rest are clowns, chromis etc. Not what is considered a lot for a 180 I guess

Exactly. When you care about them you will try your best and hope they are happy and healthy. I do have a 125g currently with freshwater. It has an oscar and 6 EBA.... if that tank ever crashes or something I'll probably convert it to salt and do tangs or puffer etc...

I have yet to have any ich rear its ugly head in the 6 year 180g. Mind you I have had mostly the same fish the whole time.

One thing I have maintained throughout the last many years is the same food source for all my fish.
LRS Reef Frenzy.
I met Larry when he was in the early stages of his business and have been a happy customer ever since.

That is a good food as well. I certainly would not be able to say one is way better than the other as I just base it on my own use and experience.

I dont think I'm familiar with that, but I'll look into it.
