Liveaquaria never notified me that my order had been shipped

I orderd 2 fish from livaquaria and they never notified me it had shipped. I never got any tracking number or estimation for when it would ship. All I got was an order confirmation right after I placed it. I work full time so I was planning to take work off when the order shipped so I could be available when it arrived. Instead I came home to find a box that had been sitting on my porch for 4 hours, and both fish were dead. I can't think of the last time I orderd anything online where I wasn't notified when it was shipped, much less when something living was being shipped. Has anyone else had a similar experience? And do I have any options to get a refund?

I ordered from live aquaria a couple weeks ago and the order confirmation went to my inbox but the shipment notification went to my spam folder. I think it’s worth submitting a claim. They have the arrive alive guarantee and the stay alive 7 days. They only credit the cost of the fish and not the shipping. Sorry for the loss!
