I suspect it might be lineage. I’ve def noticed some strains to be more defined than others. I got these in late winter, 2p from a buddy. His look the same. Par is ~80-90 and I feed heavily. All subsequent babies have developed the same pattern.

AB+ every day and reef roids twice a week on top of feeding my fish.

This is the only thing I can pin point to changing from when my zoas were all killing it. Now only a few colonies are and I feed less and dose 2 times per week to save money on AB+. hmmm?

How do you feed your Strats and how often?

These guys are right next to a bunch of acans. I feed the whole area usually twice a week with a mix of frozen food slurry (brine, mysis, formula 2) and then then usually a few scoops of Reef Roids.
