How do stratosphere zoas usually fare? Do they melt easily like some zoas?

So I saw these two nice stratosphere zoas for sale and in my experience zoas have always been incredibly easy but Ive heard some tend to "melt away" for seemingly no reason. Whats the deal with Stratospheres? Also how quickly do they grow. Im going to post a pic but its in Thai baht. Im not going to do the conversion, but its a good price for 2 polyps... Nice colony! I just started a new tank with natural live ocean rock and am focusing on supporting the proliferation of the natural microbiome. The price for those above is incredibly low due to my location and I was considering grabbing them while theyre available.

My colony grows at a pretty good clip, maybe 3-4 a month or so. Started as 1 polyp as well.

Maybe I should go ahead and get them...what are your parameters and how important are they for these zoas?

It's not a coral I would normally buy but I won them in a Christmas giveaway and they took off.

Currently my parameters are:

ph 8.2-8.4
Alk 9
Nitrate 40
Phos 0.1

I definitely run higher nutrients, but I'm not sure if that's needed.
