Hey! Yeah, it's one win per hour. You don't have to wait an exact hour to participate. Just one win per hourly updated. So you can win a coral in the last half of the Hour 1 Update (10:30am) and still win in the beginning of the Hour 2 update (11:00am). Hopefully that makes sense!

Missing as in, it hasn't been found yet! Once it's been found, I'll update the post to let everyone going through the thread that it's been found. This way you don't have to check people's posts for updates and only need to check the main post.
