Think you missed the part about it being only temporary. Its going in a cabinet.The tank is looking awesome, but from another monster owner, please don't mount your Apex to the back of the tank like that. I did that, and that's why I have a brand new Apex. The salt will destroy it, and murder all the connectors. It *really* can't be mounted to the stand, nor underneath. The water will drip down the side at some point and rust it. Build a little cabinet or something off to the side, or mount it to an adjacent wall, or anything. I know it sucks in terms of having to buy extra-long cords for everything.
If you are just testing or whatever, that's fine, but don't leave it there.
