I bought some cheap, clear ketchup bottle and cut the spout a little shorter so the hole is wider. I fill it with tank water, throw in a bunch of different frozen food then use it two feed over 2-3 days. Works like a charm!

Strain the water out and refill it with new water. That will get a lot of the unnecessary oils out that build up in the tank.
