I built a shed in my backyard on his side of the yard. I followed HOA rules, and it's three feet off the fence, less than 8' tall, and aesthetically matches the house. I did shingles and everything. Very nice shed. The roof slopes towards the fence. When I was laying shingles, I had the ladder between the shed and fence because that's the low end of the slope. Got dark and went to the grocery store to grab food to make dinner but left the ladder up. He knocked on the door while I was gone and according to my wife, he was being a little aggressive saying the ladder needs to be taken down right now.

Lol. That's funny....just the thought evokes old thoughts.

Lol. That's funny....just the thought evokes old thoughts.

Oh I think Tito's rebellion started last year. It's more than I can type, but he started doing some wild stuff that didn't make sense. It "makes sense" now if he was operating under the idea that over the past few years I've been slowly moving my rocks closer to his house and carving out his lawn. His lawn that I maintained for four years (water, fertilizing, mowing 1-2 times a week) then cut it down to the roots a day or two after I just mowed it. Most of it died, and now the dirt is washing out onto my sidewalks whenever it rains. I guess that was part of my clever plan as well. I stopped taking care of his lawn after he killed what i had worked to keep nice for years.

His grass is a good 6-8" into the street at the moment. He mowed the lawn for the third time this year today saying the HOA keeps sending him letters.
