Tangs sometimes react weird with ich, but that still looks bacterial to me. It’s possible the fish got injured and the area got infected.

Not sure it does look like a bacterial infection to me. How big is your tank? When did you get your PBT? We might need a little more info to properly diagnose himHello I was curious to if anyone knows if this is ich? Thank you so much

I see what appears to be white spots on the body may be on the pectoral fins. Can you confirm?
