Once my coral beauty gets going it could probably win (competition is a goby, fang blenny, clowns, and waspfish, so not much competition).
If I’m counting freshwater, I’m pretty sure my neon tetras can teleport.
Haven't heard of a neon tetras fish, then again I don't know fresh water fish that well haha

When startled they are on the other end of the tank in the blink of an eye.

Neat looking fish!! I can't think of one that would be marine equivalent but would be cool if there was one though!

In my tank the Lubbock wrasse easily wins, I’ve picked him off the floor 3 times and I have a cover. Lineatus is too fat and the bristletooth isn’t fast enough.
He must be agile if he keeps jumping out of the tank haha
