They were in stock just a second ago. I placed an order and managed to get 1. Immediately it went out of stock as I purchased mine.

Zero communication. But I reached out to ask. Just waiting on the answer. If I didn’t check on the site I wouldn’t have known that they refunded.

If you bought it on the site and not the app they way oversold. The app listings went live about an hour before the website did. So they likely sold out through the app and are canceling site orders. I know one other person who had theirs cancelled. I know one person who has an app order already shipped.

Hoping you get yours! And in my case, I wouldn’t make a huge deal if I didn’t camp their site to place the order. But I refreshed the heck out of their page the second the clock struck 00:00. And to know that I’m not getting my unit… and with zero comms, is bothering me.

Seems something happened with BRSs stock. Someone miscounted it seems. I too ordered mine within seconds of the page going live. My order is still valid as of now but still hasn't shipped despite knowing folks who ordered after me who had theirs ship next day.

Called them and was assured multiple times that it would ship this week. Prayers up. Fingers crossed. Breath held.

Makes sense. But still. An oversight is an oversight. And to a customer’s expense of time and opportunity.

Was the setup and mixing of reagents pretty straightforward?

ya everything was fine if you have a normal trident its basically the same, adding in the kalk mixing step and the reagent mixing which is like a 30 second thing.

The only thing i ran into which was a bit weird was once it was all set up i tried to initiate a manual test and it put it back into initializing for 20mins but then when I forced another manual test it worked.

One thing of note some might find interesting, I 3d printed needle guides as I found them helpful with the original trident, but didnt end up using them. The NP take up tubes are now made of a thin curved plastic which seems to get right to the bottom.
