It is a suction cup algae clip modified to an acrylic hang on, no wet hands magic stuff. LOL. If I do say so myself. So what kinda tank will you be setting up there?BTW I have yet to see this Algae clip you speak of??? What makes it so special?
Also when I eventually do make it to the ugly phase I don't want any screen shots popping up saying I wanted it
Since you’ve been battling this gha have you tried not running moonlights? I didn’t realize you did that. The spectrum of those, while beautiful, is similar to a fuge light. Gha is going to loveeee that.FTSs as promised.

I blew off the rocks earlier and it was still a bit cloudy. It actually looked kind of cool pulling out a little wider.

Yes, I did. Those are growing out behind my old house. We have white, blue and purple ones.DId you take those shots?
Ask and ye shall receive.
Those are 420nm moonlights that are part of my SB Reef Light LED. There are two additional diodes on the unit that come on with the blues positioned opposite the 395nm UV lights.Since you’ve been battling this gha have you tried not running moonlights? EDIT: are they hydrangea? @Katrina71 would know.
Thanks! It has been an incredible experience watching the tank recover.Great pic, that nem looks really healthy and happy!
Thanks, pal.Yes.
Great to know. We have some fantastic soil then because the colors in the purple I posted and the blue ones as well are deep and beautiful.@Victoria M and @NY_Caveman it's called a lace cap hydrangea. The color is determined by the soil.

Wow. Had no idea there was a contest in the making. Congrats on 400.
I have a buddy that’s been battling GHA forever. He’s tried everything and is doing everything right from what I see. Once it takes hold, it doesn’t want to go. It’s like that drunk neighbor that refuses to leave wayyyy after the party is over.
Once the Cyanobacteria subsided, the GHA was exposed. When I got to that point I added a handful of Cerith Snails and Hermits and they have been taking care of it. The biggest thing through all of this has been trying to stay patient and let it take its course naturally.Gha will eventually exhaust it's food supply.
Right? But, if we had thought about it, it makes total sense. That's so cool. Never knew soil type could effect coloration of a flower ;Jawdrop
Have those been planted a long time? That's more of a vintage variety.Great to know. We have some fantastic soil the. because the colors in the purple I posted and the blue ones as well are deep and beautiful.
