A little off what you're asking, but Brightwell NeoNitro is now offered at 5x potency if ordered directly from Brightwell.

We just ordered some and curious to see when it comes in.
this is way more expensive then DIY style IMO that is the main problem as we don't like the brightwell because it raised potassium

Lab alleys is 99.8% pure with 4mg per Kilogram pb (lead), possibly as a byproduct of transport and manufacture.

It's a concern, which is why I mention it.

a cheap filter would allow the sodium nitrate solution to pass through but leave the lead behind. Really would like @Randy Holmes-Farley to chime in on this one.

I don't have any experience with Calcium Nitrate, so unfortunately I'm not much help there.

I would imagine the monolithic carbon or coconut fiber carbon filters would take out most if not all of the lead, most of them are designed for heavy metal filtration.

I'm thinking of testing here to see if it still gives the same nitrate concentration.

Do you use filter socks or roller? I am sometimes worried bleach or detergent gets stuck in my socks when I was them but not sure if I'm being paranoid
We don't use sox or rollers. It's just another thing we would have to clean

I didn’t know NeoNitro raised potassium. I’ve been using it a lot lately so good to know, thank you.

Now that I’m looking into it, the ESV Nitrate says that it does not contain potassium by-products. However, it may be even more expensive.
