Yet again @SBB Corals has not only an amazing live sale with some of the healthiest and best looking SPS and LPS corals around, but is generally all around great dude. He strives for top notch customer service and provides some serious deals on some of the nicest pieces around. He has a wonderful DOA policy and he stands behind his product. Corals came well packed, healthy and pest free. Literally the only vendor that I will work with other than my LFS.

I stumbled upon SBB Corals live sale for their 2nd anniversary while browsing through R2R and was amazed at the amount of interaction going on within the thread. SBB Corals put on an amazing live sale and after party, often rewarding gift cards to members who posted in the thread. There were definitely more $1, $5 and $6 coral frags available than any other live sale I've seen to date. Even better than the prices are the corals themselves. The corals I received were top notch and in excellent condition. I plan on being a long time customer of SBB Corals.

As usual SBB Corals has outdone themselves putting on a spectacular sale! The quality of coral, prices and customer service are TOP NOTCH! You will not find a better vendor out there in my opinion! He is overgenerous during the sales threads giving away thousands of dollars of giftcards and countless $1, $5, $6 HIGH END corals im talking torches, gonis, acros etc. If you are on the fence join one of the threads and read some of the pages! It wont take long for you to see this is all the truth! I am a return customer and a customer for life. My only regret is not finding SBB Corals sooner!

SBB Corals is one of the best vendors to buy from and shows a ton of appreciation for their customers. The sale threads are a ton of fun and fire. The scheduling of deliveries, the health of the corals received, the invitation to purchase again as a VIP is an experience that has made me come back for my third time as a customer since finding them. They will probably be one of my top choices for purchasing going forward.

Nothing but positive things to say about SBB Corals! Shane Backer is the most generous vendor on Reef2Reef. With nothing but a high end selection of top notch coral, the pricing reflects that of a hobbyist minded reefer! I have participated in 4 or 5 of SBB live sales and have always come away with more than I intended to, not because of money spent, because of the quality of corals available to buy at such reasonable pricing. Every order I have receieved has been packaged excellent and the shipping correspondence from Ralph has been spot on. The 10 day alive coral guarantee SBB stands alone. Not only would I encourage people on R2R to participate in the next live sale November 10th.....I would implore other vendors to observe how a live sale should focus on the consumer. The 1/5 dollar corals are corals that are legitimately worth WAY more than that and there are plenty of them to go around. From the "farm to table" I have always been impressed and will continue to support SBB as it does the same for us!

I've never purchase from an online vendor before. I've always gone to the LFS.

I feel so spoiled to stumble into the SBB r2r thread and participate in my first SBB sale, let alone my first online sale ever.

I've tried to participate in other sales since but no body can keep up with the SBB sale energy.

@ralphsbbcorals went above and beyond to call me and confirm an extremely quick turnaround on shipping and we shared a few laughs. Can't say I've had an experience like that from any other vendor even outside of this hobby!

After participating in 3 sales, I've seen an overwhelming request for merch so we can show our support to everyone for the SBB live sales!

Because of Shane and his generosity during his sales, I have purchased a larger build and will most likely buy another here soon. He has made it so much easier to collect high end corals economically!

Shane's sales are the best. He's formed possibly the most engaging community on reef2reef in his forums where people stay between his sales for weeks. He offers amazing corals, and lowers his prices to meet the demand of the market while simultaneously giving away huge/high end corals to keep participants engaged (and addicted). He's always available to ask him questions, a valuable resource to the reefing community, and a seller who strives for nothing but happy customers. His corals are impeccably clean and some of the most colorful in my tank. Give his sales a try, guaranteed to at least have a few laughs, learn something new, and make some friends even if you don't make a purchase.

Second live sale I have been on with SBB Corals. The corals are some of the most prized in the hobby and he is definitely pro hobbyist. While other vendors are out there playing the old here is my discount but really is my normal price game...Shane is providing some pretty great pricing on some of the most prized corals out there. No games, no BS..just straight pro-hobby company. He has a great sales process, is very approachable to his customers and delivers straight fire. SBB corals is such a top-notch vendor with top-notch corals, etc. Lots of price drops, snipers, auctions, and feels like we all know one another personally. I always say I am going to go easy, or I don't need anything and leave with a box full of spectacular goodies. Shane is also very generous. He and Ralph are the best. Cannot thank them enough.
