In college, a guy I knew, who happened to be the biggest drug dealer on campus (not how/why I knew him) had a serval. It basically ate raw meat and hated women. I once saw it jump from the floor to the top of the fridge with ease.
Lol sounds like he was a real straight shooter.

rich has a good build.

I have also seen people use projector mounts to install their canopies. It lets them move the canopy every which way, much like a good tv mount.

It was an easy, 3 stage build. Cheap, efficient lightweight, and if u prime properly, itll last a loonnng long time.

Mine is very fierce too... lol. Turn your sound on for this.

And yes, they can basically fly. The kitten can jump a good eight feet straight up from a standstill, and the other one can jump a good fifteen - twenty feet horizontally.

@Hemmdog I'm so sorry to hijack your build thread for my own stupid questions, and cats. lol

Very cool! Isabella is a great looking cat. What's the other cat's name?

Thank you! ;Woot

The other one is Victoria... I don't remember the exact reason the trend began, but all of my cats have been named after queens. Catherine was my first one, when I was a kid, and she lived 21 years.

Then Victoria's littermate was Elizabeth. She was unfortunately very sick for two years despite everything that was done, and died last Christmas. :( I swore I would never get another cat after that, but Victoria was so devastated, that I was seriously worried about her; that's when I got Isabella. Like, that cat grieved.

If anyone ever says that cats don't have feelings... She wouldn't eat, would barely do anything. When she did move around, it was walking around the house with Elizabeth's blanket in her mouth, calling for her.

Dude, that was so honest. We have all been there. With cats to fish. We see behavior that is so obvious.

Hey man, I get it, I really do. We are animal lovers in our home too. We have three dogs. It was four up until about a month ago as we had to put our oldest one down. Tore our hearts out and I'll always miss her. We also have two cats (sisters) and 39 fish. The cats are interesting. Sisters that couldn't be more different from each other. Here's a pic of Squeaky named for the fact she is always squeaking about something. Not to be weird but this pic was taken in a bathroom. We're still unsure of how she knows when someone enters this particular bathroom. She shows up before the door even closes and has to go into the bathroom for some rubs regardless of who goes in there. If she's not let in she scratches the door and lets out some hellacious sounds. Some of our friends/guests have been a little freaked out by it. We're not as attached to the fish, for some obvious reasons, but still get bummed when one is lost.

Thank you guys, that really means a lot. I'm glad there's others that understand... It was horrific. That cat was 25 pounds of solid muscle when she was healthy, and she weighed less than six when she died. And Victoria was the runt of the litter, she was so attached to her, and vice versa.

Plus Elizabeth was just the very definition of love. Even toward the very end, as weak as she was, she would still come upstairs and get in bed next to me, just purring away.

A lot of it was my fault, that I kept on trusting some very incompetent corporate vets, instead of finding a specialist, which I have since done. After all the facts came out, I made a big stink with the state veterinary board, and the department of ag. A couple of them lost their licenses for years, as a result. Small comfort that is though, I don't think I'll ever forgive myself.

I'm so sorry that you've both had to go through that as well.

Nicee, any particular reason?

According to some (Adam @Battlecorals IIRC) you can witness improved coral health, growth, and colors at elevated levels. Standard is 1.0265, so being at 1.027 isnt' a stretch. Adam however runs up to 1.029 on some occasions.

Ugh. I'm sorry, that all kind of just spilled out... I'm still messed up by it.

No worries brother!! If there was ever a group to let you spill and pick you up ...stumbled on it!! I’ve cried over the death of many a pet from parrots to fish and even the raising of the dead land hermit crab.

Oh really?? I didn’t know that. Very interesting. Same parameters most people shoot for but high salinity? Any negative impact on fish health long term with that ?

I once bought all the horses at this guys farm including the pregnant one bc my kids were crying how cruelly they were being treated. The foal ended up frolicking around the dog with the kids like a big dog for many years.
