Love that comedic stuff. I had some jokes lined up but don't know you well enough and didn't want to risk it haha.

If it makes you feel any better, I chamfered all my edges on my tank and that red piped one. I was dying by the end hahaha.

Take your time when you glue. Do one section at a time so you don't mix up the plumbing. Anywhere you may want to swing the PVC, add a coupler so you have the room.

Its a tool you can get on amazon or at home depot, in my electrical section oddly enough...

You put the PVC end inside the tool and give it a spin. Flip the tool and do it again. It takes the flat edge and bevels it, allowing the glue to fill in and seal from 3 sides of the pipe versus just the bottom edge. I havent used it every time, but started using it more these days. Less failed joints (barely any before and none now). Also removes burs and rough edges.

Will do, haha yea my wife wanted purple lol, Thank you! I got it all glued in last night as well. Only thing I need to do today is add a 2 inch extension right above the return. I lost some height after gluing, shouldn’t be hard to fix. Pretty happy with how it came out though, I’ll take some acetone and get the pipes shiny and the purple off before I add water too.

Are you familiar with anti siphon holes and emergency tests? Your return plumbing goes pretty deep so they will be extra important for you.
