High quality food and good water conditions. There’s nothing that will treat viruses

No flukes (at least none I could see) after a 5 minute FW dip. I was able to take some better pictures in the qt tank, though. I'm hoping these may better illustrate to someone smarter than me what this could possibly be. I'm still not sure what the best path forward is.

Experiencing similar issues right now. lip a bit plump, some white spots, which may be bruises from other tangs
