Well, my display tank is in the living room and its plumbed through the wall into a 7'x7' fish room that I built where the sump and other tanks are. Like you said, I ran out of room pretty quick, so now I'm expanding to 18'x9'. The new wall encompasses the old wall, and now I'm slowly demolishing the old wall. I originally thought I would be able to completely demolish the old wall without taking down the old tanks, but I was wrong. So, now i have a series of tanks that I'm leap-frogging corals with, and a 24" toadstool just takes up too much room.
