That’s the light I view my tank in for like 80% of the day.

My cat likes it a little more blue in the morning
My cat couldn't be bothered with my tank. There's no way for her to climb up, but we hold her up to see the fish sometimes and she doesn't even pay them attention. She also doesn't like milk. Weird cat, but then again, "weird cat" is a little repetitive haha

Do you guys dip your sticks from here? I'm new to dipping and used coralrx per instructions on my last order from a person here in the classifieds. A few didn't make it but it seems as if it was just because they were lousy frags to begin with.
I always tell everyone to dip no matter what because that’s what I do BUT we are pest free other than pods and brittle stars. A customer tried to accuse me of flat worms about 15 months ago…. Even though I knew he was lying I had to take the claim seriously so 2 weeks of work taking every single colony out and looking at it under a magnifying glass I found 0 bites 0 eggs 0 flat worms. Each colony got vigorously shaken in a bucket of water and not one bad thing came off any of them. It’s VERY easy to remain pest free if you do things correctly. Not many vendors are pest free! They may make the claim to keep your business but most don’t take the hours and hours to dip QT chop of bases all that good stuff. I put my corals through hell to make sure I don’t get any pests into the farm and ruin everything Iv worked so hard for. This is my full time job and I don’t play when it comes to money lol

What do you recommend dipping with? What do you use? I’m curious what the pro uses. lol.

We use bayer and have since around 2015. Coral RX was my go to but it sometimes fries the corals straight out of the dip. It’s a gamble
I have found that Coral RX is very successful for knocking out Monti nudis. However, I would imagine Bayer would be solid too.
