It depends on where the cut is. The old pic I still use on my website is mostly the newer growth tips on the edge of the colony and are mostly white. As the colony matures, the inner branches get the color you see in the frag I posted. I’ve seen this a lot in colonies that have that tabling/semi-tabling form. Edge branches are mostly white, assuming much quicker growth so perhaps zooxanthallae don’t keep up in those growth tips, then as it becomes towards the center more has the more standard coloration.The rr pink floyd looks much better in the above picture, than on your website?
