I have 3 plate corals in qt tank right now and was wondering if they need to stay the full 76 days since they just set on the sand and aren’t attached to a frag plug?

If you're qt'ing all other corals then you don't want to skip doing those.

I'm sure there's exposed skeleton on the bottom for parasites to attach.

Free-living Fungiids actually don't have exposed skeleton on their undersides; their flesh actually goes all the way around.
