Bonus question 2:
Acanastrea, now Micromussa. I love feeding them and I am amazed at how fast they grow.

These stared as 2 heads or less a year ago. 20240626_143006.jpg

My Noopsyche lights grow corals! When I keep them alive that is. I love th Spectrum and the spread. For me it's an affordable option and a set-it-and-forget-it light that I've trusted and for 5+ years now!

I would say my cheapest light an XR30 Gen 5 Blue since I won it. For the money it grows corals the best (It was Free). AI Prime 2nd and the Black box stuff...

I have 2x Orphek Atlantic Icons. Can't say yet if I like these or not, but I have read good reviews on these lights.

Official Entry - Even though I've been a member of this forum for 10 years, I have yet to start a reef tank. Life kept getting in the way. But now I should finally able to start one and would love this to help start growing those corals!

What has been the best lighting setup you've used for growing corals? Why do you like this one? A: Hybrid t5 250w halide. It's plug and play I don't have to mess with settings like I do with my ecotechs.

DAILY QUESTION: What has been the best lighting setup you've used for growing corals? Why do you like this one?

T5 lighting has better coverage, better growth, better proven results with acros. LPS and softies aren't so picky

Only when I have to prune or I accidently break pieces off the acros
