Can’t Access Market and Friend Can’t Creat Account

Overnight I seem to have lost a ton of message history, and lost access to the market and other features. No idea why.

Also have a friend who tried to creat an account and it got marked as spam?

Can a mod reach out to me to resolve these issues?
