@JoshH are you going to use tonga style?
I cannot wait to see what aquascapes all of you come up with!
I can wait a bit cause it will probably involve a lot of cursing and smashing $#!t with a big hammer...
Here's the wall finished in all it's glory.Building a free-standing wall in a tank (that looks like it's made of rock)
Our new big tank will have, roughly, a 6 foot x 4 foot footprint (x 2 feet high). For several reasons, I want to have a partial false back in this tank - basically, a 3 foot long wall that will be about a foot or so from the back center of the tank. This will serve as a raceway of sorts for...www.tcmas.org
I don't care for true floating scapes. Something about it is like looking at a bed without a bed skirt.
Almost looks like "Live Rock: The Board Game!"Here's the wall finished in all it's glory.
wish I was ambitious enough to tackle this because in person it looked so F word cool I don't have words for how amazing that wall system would be for coral and fish.
There is one reefer here that has a floating scape in a peninsula tank and it looks great. I can't wait to see what you come up with!I agree, I was thinking of a modified version but it will have to wait until I get some rock in to actually play around with it
With a closed loop I could see designing all of the pipes and rock like that.I agree, I was thinking of a modified version but it will have to wait until I get some rock in to actually play around with it
