Best fish for coral frag tank?

6 lines are meant for this. They have a relative, the 4 line, that's pretty unique.

Ok so lots saying either 6 line or springeri damsel.

Are fish necessary in a 20 L? Wont snails be enough for algae at least? I have a figi blue devil and he is mean as hell! I looked him up and says he is a chrysiptera type! I have quite a few bristle worms though so he isnt doing his job but have lots more in my 20 aio that doent have one so maybe he is somewhat!

I just have a problem with all the suggestions because I feel like the fish wont be happy! No caves for hiding or swin though and no sand just rubble. Damsels love to bury in the sand so do wrasse! I also have lots of rubble and taller legs on frag rank and the tank is only 11 inches tall. I have lost so many fish to jumping as well and really dont want a lid!
